WDI has successfully patented their Web Deposition Application System. The software captures, encrypts, Audio, Video and Data information from a Legal Deposition hearing conducted in a location. It then transmits secured digital audio, video and data of instantaneous deposition testimony to the lawyer's home office or our web server to allow other lawyers to participate in the deposition at the same time. The subscribers involved with the deposition likewise have the ability to privately chat or speak to one another including the lawyer conducting the deposition, from the comforts of their home office location.
Additional information which includes videos and testimonials entered by the stenographer to a steno machine, are likewise transmitted back and made available to the lawyers in the home office location. In short they can fully participate in a Legal Deposition via our Virtual deposition Application without being physically present in the Testimony room.
